Balanitis
Balanitis is inflammation of the glans penis (Greek: balanos). When
the foreskin (or prepuce) is also affected, it is termed balanoposthitis.
Lack of aeration and irritation because of smegma and discharge
surrounding the glans penis causes inflammation and edema.
